ME MACKENZIE KING'S MESSAGE

By direct telephone between Ottawa and London, the Premier (Mr Mackenzie King) participated in the Empire Day celebrations in Hyde Park. He said Canada was proud to-be associated with the British Isles and other nations of the Commonwealth in proclaiming allegiance to the Sovereign.
