In the House of Commons Sir W. Joynsom-Hicks, Secretary of State for Home Affairs, in answer to a question, said he had hoped to give the result of the inquiries into the- sources through which the Soviet financed its propaganda in Britain, but owing to pressure he must ask for a postponement, He was taking away a mass of papers on the subject to read in the holidays.
