The Times Berlin correspondent reports that experts have decided that the remaining stocks of phosgene must be destroyed by caustic soda and ammonia. The Minister of Economic Affairs, at/ to-day’s Cabinet meeting, stated the gas was not intended for military purposes. A departmental expert had gone to Hamburg to conduct an inquiry into the actual origin of the gas.
