PROTEST OF THE ALLIANCE. '(By Telegraph—Tress Association.)] WELLINGTON, Friday. At the annual meeting of the New Zealand Alliance it was decided to demand that it be made an offence either to drink any intoxicating liquor or to allow any intoxicating liquor to he consumed upon any premises licensed to be used as a ball or cabaret for dancing.
