MESSRS McLEOD AND HAWKEN. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) ELTHAM, Thursday. Two members of the Cabinet, the Hon. A. D. McLeod and the lion. 0. .1. llawken, received deputations here last evening from the County Council on the question of file recovery of rates on abandoned Crown lands; also from the Borough Council and Luke Rotokare Domain Board on relief of unemployment in the district and matters in connection with Rotokare Reserve. To-day Mr McLeod continued his i journey north ward. -Mr llawken is ! to remain in the Egmont electorate till i the end of Lite month.
