“BRING AND BUY.”
ST. GEORGE’S PARISH. The Ladies’ Guild of St. George’s Parish held a “Bring and Buy” afternoon on Wednesday last, which proved a most successful affair, the proceeds helping much towards the fund for extinguishing the church debt. It was patronised by a large number, and competitions held were won by Mrs A. Barker and Mrs F. Roderick. Afternoon tea was served, and the approach of evening brought a very successful affair to a close.
