PUBLIC NOTICES. NOTICE RESPECTING PROPOSED iy CONSTITUTION OF TB KAUWHATA TOWN DISTRICT. Department of Internal Affairs. Wellington, 15th May, 1928. It is hereby notified that a petition has been presented to His Excellency the Governor-General under the Town Boards Act, 1908, praying that the area described in the Schedule hereto may be constituted a town district. All persons affected are hereby called upon to lodge any written objections to or petitions against the proposed constitution which they desire to lodge within one month from the first publication of this notice, such objections or petitions to be addressed .to the Minister of Internal Affairs, Wellington. SCHEDULE. PROPOSED TOWN DISTRICT OF TE KAUWIIATA. All that area in the Auckland Land District in the Whangamarino Parish and Maramarua Survey District, Waikato County, containing 1175 acres, bounded by a line commencing at the north-western corner of- Allotment 343, Whangamarino Parish, and thence proceeding along the northern boundaries of Allotments 343, 344, 345, and 34(5, Whangamarino Parish, to Allotment 347, Whangamarino Parish; thence along the western, northern, and eastern boundaries of Allotment 347, Whangamarino Parish, to the Wacrenga Road; thence by a right line across the aforesaid road to the north-west corner of Suburban Section 6, Te Kauwhata Township; thence along the northern boundary of Suburban Section G aforesaid; thence along the eastern boundaries of Suburban Sections 6 and 12, Te Kauwhata Township, the eastern extremity of Mahi Road, and the eastern boundaries of Suburban Sections 18 and 24, Te Kauwhata Township, to Pa Street; thence along the eastern side of Pa. Street to the south-east corner of Suburban Section 27, Te Kauwhata Township; thence westerly generally along the southern boundaries of Suburban Sections 27 and 26, Tc Kau- ' whata Township, the southern extremity of Rimu trcet, the southern and western boundaries of Suburban Section 25, Tc Kauwhata Township, the southern side of Moana Road, the southern boundaries of Town Sections 56, 55, 54, and 53, Tc Kauwhata Township, the southern extremity of Wira Street, the eastern and southern boundaries of Allotment 514, Whangamarino Parish, and the latter boundary produced to the Main Trunk Railway; thence northerly along the eastern side of the aforesaid railway to its intersection by the Te Kauwhata Station Road; thence along the southern side of the aforesaid road to its junction with the Great Soutli Road; thence northerly 'along the eastern side of the Great South Raod to the western corner of Section 20, l3lock XV. Maramarua Survey District; thence along the north-western boundary of Section 20, the western boundary of part Section 19, the western and northern boundaries of Section 21 and the northern boundaries of Sections 18 and 17, all of Block XV., Maramarua Survey District, to the Mam Trunk Railway: thence southerly along the western side of the aforesaid railway to the south-eastern corner of Section 9. Block XV., Maramarua Survey District; thence by a right line across the Main Trunk Railway to the. north-west comer of Allotment 343, Whangamarino Parish, the place of commencement. M.
