Notice is- hereby given that' at a Special Meeting of the WaikatO County Council held on 17th day of April, 1928, the following resolutions were passed:— i. That in pursuance of the provisions of Section 131 of the Counties Act, 1020, the Waikato County Council hereby declares that Ihc' roads, coloured orange on the Waikato County lithograph maps marked "A '' and " B '•' be Main Roads. 2. That in pursuance of the provisions of Section 22 of the Local Bodies' Loans Act, 1920, Die Waikato County Council hereby resolves that the annual amount of interest and sinking fund pledged as security on a loan of £3OO, for the Kainui No. 3 Special Rating District, be paid out of the funds of the Taupiri Riding. That at a Special Meeting of the Waikato County Council held on l:ie Bth day of May, 1928, the following resolution was passed:— 3. Amending Sections 91 and 92 of By-law No. 1. 13. Prohibiting the over-loading of motor omnibuses. 1-i. Prohibiting the display of advertising signs on public buildings, bridges, Jamp-posts or pavements. Ij. Prohibiting the display of advertising signs visible from any street or public place without the consent of the Council. 10. Regulating the speed of motor vehicles within the Borough. 17. Providing for the prevention of cattle and horses wandering at large upon streets or public places. m 18. Repealing Section 120 of By-law No. 1.
