EX-FRANKTON CO.UPLE. CO-RESPONDENT NOT NAMED. (By Telegraph—Special to Times.) AUCKLAND, Tuesday. A defended divorce case is occupying Ihe attention ot Judge MacGregor and a jury to-day, the parlies being Ralph Gordon Player, builder, of Auckland and his wife. Elizabeth Frieda Wilhchnina Player. They formerly lived at Franklon. Sensational allegations were made during the hearing of the case. Adultery was the ground of the petition. The Judge made an order to dispense with the naming ’’of co-respond-ent, whose identity was not disclosed. There was an exchange over Ihe contents of the Judge’s notes - on the ease between the Judge and Mr R. A. Singer, counsel for respondent, who denied misconduct. His honour eventually told Mr Singer to get on with the case.
