DROWNING ACCIDENT.
WELL-KNOWN NELSONIAN. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) NELSON, Monday. While coming througli the French Pass yesterday afternoon in a motor launch, Mr R. W. Reid, who is well known in Nelson as foreman of Montgomery’s garage, was thrown off the launch and drowned. The boat was caught in an eddy. The body has not yet been recovered.
