AUCKLAND CONTROL. FULLER-HAYWARDS’ INTEREST. Mr. Henry Hayward, of the FullerJlayward Theatres, Ltd., announced in Auckland that his company had obtained a further interest in Hamilton Theatres, Ltd. Fuller-Haywards’ will now have the controlling interest in this company.
