Troop in Te Awamutu, Mr Mairs was voted to the chair, and after some discussion as to ways and means, it was decided to form a troop, to i>c known as the Te Awamutu Boy Scouts, with Mr L. O. Morgan, assist-ant-master at the District High School, as Scoutmaster. A Provisional Council was also set up to go into the details necessary for the control of a troop.
