JAPANESE POLITICS.
EXCITING SESSION PREDICTED. CABINET MEAGRE MAJORITY. (Australian Press Association.) (Received April 21. 8.45 a.m.) TOKIO, April 20. Hajime Motoda was elected speaker by a vote of 230 to 228. This indicates that the session will be exciting, since the Government has only the barest possible majority. The Emperor will deliver Ihe speech from the throne on Monday.
