CRASHES THROUGH FENCE.
MOTORIST INJURED. CHILD ESCAPES UNHURT. Captain A. E. McDonald was admitted to the Waikato Hospital yesterday afternoon suffering from severe bruises and lacerations to the left leg. Captain McDonald was motoring along the Cambridge to Monovale Road, when a lyre .of his car burst. After a vain endeavour to hold the car to the road it crashed through a fence and fell five feet down a steep incline. The captain was accompanied by his three-year-old daughter, who fortunately escaped without injury. He was brought in to the Waikato Hospital, where this morning he was progressing favourably.
