JUDGMENT AGAINST HUSBAND. Judgment was given against Lord Robert Innes-Kcr for £4374 13s Gd, Mr R. P. Hills, for the Crown, explaining that the assessment was in respect of income tax arising out of employment in the years 1923-24. lie was assessed in respect of the income of his wife (Miss Jose Collins). Mr Justice Rowlatt: She must have had a very good employment. Mr Hills: I think It was—then. She is i public entertainer.
