PETER PAN’S LETTER.
Dear Girls and Boys,—t I think nearly all our Circle members are home again now and settling down to school work. There are still some who have a little more holiday time, but suoh Tots of you have written to tell me you are back at school again, and I was awfully glad to hear all about It. It’s encouraging to have so many entries for the weekly competitions. With so many members In the Circle, though, wo should have a much greater number, and I hope you will all try them to show your enthusiasm in our page and your desire to help it forward and make it as Interesting as it can be. Congratulations Marjorie and Lorna on winning this week’s competition. You both did very well Indeed, and the long list of words you both sent In showed the Interest you must have taken in doing it. Didn’t we have a downpour last Saturday ? A great many gutters were blocked in the town buildings and caused a great deal of confusion when the rain had no outlet through them—rain was flooding everything. Did you notice the channels it made in the footpaths ? I think the ground must have forgotten what It was like to feel rain I Good luck to you all in this week’s competition. PETER PAN.
