OFFICIAL EXPELLED.
LITHUANIAN CHIEF OF POLICE. POLITICAL ACTIVITIES. (Received December 13,' 11.30 a.m.) LONDON, Dec. 13. The Times Riga correspondent says that the Lithuanian War Minister, M. Daufcantas. the Acting-Prime Minister during M. Valdemara’s absence at Geneva, has expelled General Budrys, the chief of the Political Police. The expulsion was allegedly due to his facilitating the departure of the Opposition leader, Dr. Bystras, during the recent political crisis.
