HERBERT SMITH TRUST.
THE RECENT PETITION. MR R. ENGLISH SUBSTITUTED. The petition for the removal of one of the trustees of the Herbert Smith Trust Fund and the appointment'of a further trustee in substitute has been finally disposed of by Mr Justice Ileidraan at Auckland. His Honor has made an order appointing Mr Richard English, public accountant, of Hamilton, as trustee in place of Mr F. A. de la Mare. It will be remembered that at the last sitting of the Supreme Court at Hamilton the two trustees of the fund (Mr C. B. Smith and Mr F. A. de la Mare) being unable to agree as to the method of administration petitioned the Court for the removal of one of the trustees. The Court later decided to remove Mr do la Mare.
