MR HAY REMAINS IN ENGLAND. TO ARRANGE FINANCES. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) CHRISTCHURCH, Wednesday. Mr. W. H. Windsor, a member of the Management Committee of the New Zealand Cricket Council, will leave Christchurch for Sydney on October 13 to take over the management of the New Zealand cricket team now returning to the Dominion. Mr. Douglas Hay .manager of the team, has remained in England to make final arrangements in connection with the finances of la. tour, and Alcott is acting as manager until the team reaches Australia.
