AN INFORIVLATSON DISMISSED. DUNEDIN, Monday. Holding that defendants’ premises being a garage defendants were entitled to the express exemption granted by the Act, the Magistrate, Mr Bundle, dismissed informations against a firm of petrol bowser proprietors that they sold petrol on Sunday within view of a public place. The Magistrate held that a service station lay between an ordinary garage, where cars were housed and repairs effected, and a bowser station. Running repairs effected at such a station constituted a garage.
