TERRIBLE EXPLOSION.
SHELL IN A HOUSE. A CHAUFFEUR KILLED. PARIS, October 2. (Rec. October 3, 2.30 p.m.) A terrible' explosion occurred at Vichy due to a six-inch shell which wrecked the house of General Boischut, military Governor of Strassburg, killing the General's chaffeur. How the shell came into the house in a mystery.
The explosion started a fire whicn burned out the house.
