SUB-DIV3SBON OF SHARES. • RECOMMENDED BY DIRECTORS. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) DUNEDIN, Saturday. The directors of the National Insurance Company, of New Zealand have decided to recommend to shareholders that the existing £5 shares be subdivided into £1 shares.
