NEW INSPECTOR-GENERAL. v (By Telegraph.—Press Association.); WELLINGTON, Saturday. Dr. T. G. Gray, deputy-Inspector-General of Mental Hospitals, has been appointed Inspector-General in succession to Sir Truby King, who has resigned after a very long period of pub* lie service.
