BICYCLE BELL STOLEN. Jn imposing a fine of 40s on Sydney Arthur Lyons this mornin for the theft of a bicycle bell, Mr Wyvcrn Wilson, S.M., remarked that it was a case of petty theft, and though accused had Jed a decent life previously his foolish act would take a while lo Jive down.
