N.Z. PARLIAMENT.
* OPENING OF SESSION. THURSDAY’S PROGRAMME. ADDRESS IN REPLY ON TUESDAY. (Times Correspondent.) WELLINGTON, Tuesday. Parliament will meet at 3.30 p.m. on Thursday, when the speech from the throne will be delivered and formal business transacted. After the adjournment Mrs. Coates will enjertain members and their wives at afternoon tea. Friday will be devoted to culogiums of deceased legislators, and on Tuesday at 7.30 p.m the address-in-reply debate will be commenced. According to an announcement by the Prime Minister to-day the mover will be Mr. J.. Mason (Napier) and the seconder Mr. A. Hamilton of Wallace.
