MAGISTRATE’S COURT.
CIVIL BUSINESS. THIS MORNING’S SITTING. The Magistrate’s Court sat at Hamilton this morning, Mr Wyvern Wilson, S AL, presiding. Judgment was given for plaintiff by default in the following undefended civil cases: — L. R. Russell v. 11. AlcCormick, £i6 7s 6d and £1 15s costs; George Cartwright v. F. J. V. Wilson, £6 6s and £1 costs; William Cann v. Airs L. M. Webber, £l2 is 3d and 8s costs; F. T.Williams v. Herbert Thompson, £4 19s and 10s costs. „ On a judgment summons Thomas Gillard was ordered to pay the Hamilton Borough Council £42 12s Id and £1 its Cd costs in default 30 days’ imprisonment.
