BUTTER AND CHEESE.
LONDON QUOTATIONS. INCREASED DEMAND. The Farmers' Auctioneering Company, Ltd., received the following cable from their London office:— "The butter market is firmer. The news to-day that the New Zealand Board have removed control has caused an increase in demand. New Zealand and Australian, 164 s to IGGs; Argentine, 160 s to 168 s. "Cheese is firmer; 80s to 87s. . "The lamb trade is fair and values are unchanged. Mutton is weaker."
