Public notice is hereby given that at a meeting of the Waipa County Council, to be held at the Council Chambers, Bank Street, To Awamutu, on MONDAY, the 9th day of May, 1927, at 10 a.m., there will be submitted for confirmation, a resolution by way of Special Order passed at a Special Meeting of the said Council held on the 11th day of April, 1927, authorising the sale to the Presbyterian Church Property Trustees, of part allotment 309 of the Parish of Ngaroto, purchased by the Council for a Council Chamber site, the said land being in the opinion of the Council no longer required for the purposes of the Council. A copy of the proposed Special order is deposited at the Offices of tiie Council, Bank Street, Tc Awamutu, and is open for the inspection of the Public during Office hours for twenty-one days immediately preceding the said 9th day of May, 1927.
