SERIOUS CHARGE.
man committed for trial. Eric Anthony Dagger (Mr C. Speight) appeared on remand before Mr Wyvern WilsoD, S.M., this morning, at Hamilton, charged with indecent assault on a girl aged 11 years. Accused pleaded not guilty and was committed to the Supreme Court for trial, bail being allowed in one surety of £IOO.
