QUESTIONS IN PARLIAMENT. PROVISION OF SINKING FUNDS. (Received November 10, 12.30 p.m.) LONDON, November 0. Replying to a question as lo whether no loan in future would be placed on flic Trustee list unless a sinking fund is provided and prospectuses give details of ihe borrower's financial position, Mr Winston Churchill, Chancellor of the Exchequer, agreed thai several proposals were desirable, but at present he did not have power lo compel borrowers to comply with such conditions.
