SLOMAN BEFORE COURT. CHILDREN STILL UNCONSCIOUS. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) PALMERSTON N., Monday. Exhibiting no trace of emotion or sign of the ordeal througl) which he had passed, William George Slomaii (52), appeared quite possessed when charged in the Court this morning willi the murder of his wife, Margaret Abigail Sloman (48) at Levin on November 5. *• On Hie application of tho police accused was remanded to appear at Wellington on November 17. Rita and Russel Sloman arc still unconscious and in a dangerous condition. , The funeral of Mrs Sloman at Levin yesterday was largely attended.
