REORGANISATION COM MITT EE. PERMANENT SEATS ALLOCATION. DISCUSSED AT FUTURE DATE. (Australian and N.Z. Cable Assn.) (Received Sept. 9, 11 a.m.) GENEVA, Sept. S. M. Molta (Switzerland), chairman of the Reorganisation Committee, in moving the adoption of the committee’s report, said if the questions of Germany’s admission increasing tho permanent seals were separated, there would not be unanimity in the Council. Switzerland ardently desired Germany’s inclusion. The discussion of tho allocation of permanent seats lo tho Great Powers might be reopened at a distant date.
