Twenty bowlers took part in a progressive pairs tourney on the club’s green and an interesting contest ended in. Messrs. W. H. Wood and 11. A. Bnrc'nell dead-heaiins for Hie skips’ prize, and. Mr S. Clark winning Hie leads’ section. Tlie players in Ihc tourney included several visitors lu To Awarnutu, while several local players participated in full-rink and pairs games.
