INDIAN ARMY TEAM. NELSON DEFEATED 9 TO 0. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) NELSON, Saturday. Splendid wcallicr conditions prevailed for the hockey match, Indian Army v. AUCKLAND, Monday. The championship competitions of the Auckland Hockey Association were continued at ihc Kcmuera grounds on Saturday afternoon. Interest centred in the contest between Somerville and University and after a capital exposition of Hie game a draw, two all, resulted. Mount Eden defeated Somcrvile Colts in a close, contest by three goals lo 2. Arola easily defeated Wesley, the score being 7 goals to 0, while Stanley were no match for St. Luke’s, who scored 7 goals lo 1. EMPSOM CUP MATCHES. TE AWADIUTU, Saturday.
