GREEN PARK HERD SALE. The Farmers’ Co-operative Auctioneering Co., Ltd., report having held a clearing sale of Mr 11. E. Walters’ Green Park Jerseys at Waitoa yesterday, where there was a good attendance of buyers from all parts of the Waikato and practically every lot catalogued was sold, the various averages being as follows: 21 cows, 50 gus., 5 2-ycar heifers 27gns., 11 1year heifers 40gns., 7 bulls 40gns. The top price of tile sale was for the cow “Fox’s Freda," being purchased by Mr W. F. Walters, at 205 gns, Miro Meadow’s Ruth going to the same purchaser at 100gns.; Gold Bell lo Mcars Bros., Walton, at Gsgns.; Glyndyfrdwy Betty to F. -IS. Harris, Taniwha, 50gns; Oxford Dale Lily to J. W. Humphreys, Gordonton, 52gns.; Lucettc to Mr P. McNaughton, Morrinsville, Gsgns.; Lily Zcalandia to National Bank, 45gns.; Glyndyfrdwy Janet to A. J. Freegard, Motumaoho, 45gns.; others realised from 17-jgns. lo 35gns. Of the heifers “Ottcrburn Victress" met with keenest competition, being finally knocked down to Mr A. A. Wagsfatf, Waihou, at 75gns.; Green Park Princess Lark being purchased by Mr W. F. Walters at GOgns.; Otterburn Clare going to Mr A, Crowtlicr of Matamata at 42gns.; Green Park Princess Bell to Mcars Bros., Walton, at 85gns.; other yearlings making rrcwm 27gns. to 31gns. The 5 2-year hetfers sold from 20gns. to 32gns. The yearling Jersey bulls sold as follows: Green I’ark, Squire Mahone to W. Nccve, Mauawaru, 43gns; Green Park Merry Boy to F. M. Strange, Mangaili, at 20gns. The 2-yr-okl Bull Green Park Bright Lad was sold to Mr W. R. Carter for GOgns.; Oxford Dale King to F. M. Strange, 52gns.; Oxford Dale Lord lo U. A.
