(To the Editor A Sir, —Being a visitor io Hie Waikato Winter Show I am amazed on entering your butler and cheese department. Can I realise what I saw? Over 20 tons of cheese and the same of butter flumped in one, end of the department. I asked why not a grand display? I am told that all the space was taken up for other purposes. Surely, our farming products, such as butter and cheese, are worthy of space to make a most attractable feature for visitors. A display of this sort is no good to and dairying country, let alone Waikato.—l am. etc.. HY. PRESTON, Masterton, Wairarapa.
