TRANSFER CF OFFICE. (United Press Association.) MELBOURNE, June 3. The Prime Minister, Mr S. M. Bruce, announced in the House of Representatives that the Federal Government lias appointed a Royal Commission to inquire into Hie working of the British Phosphates Commission at Nauru Island. When questioned regarding Ihc proposed transfer of the office of the commission from Australia to New Zealand, Mr Bruce said Dial no arrangements hud yet been made whereby it would lie possible lo retain tlie office in Australia.
