DROP IN CANTERBURY. CHRISTCHURCH, Thursday. What is claimed to ho a move in the limber trade war is tlie action of the North Canterbury Timber Merchants’ Association in issuing a revised price list. Tho new list represents a drop in rates of about 121 per cent, for the principal classes of limber used in house construction. it is claimed that the new rates will mean a reduction in the cost of a standardised bungalow of about £25.
