DAIRY PRODUCE.

PRODUCTION IN AUCKLAND The monthly butter production of the province is showing a marked decline as the end of the season approaches. The output for May, however, exceeded that of Alay 1925. Butter received at the grading stores to date totals 1,549,384 boxes, compared with 1,640,668 for the corresponding period of last season, a decrease of 91,284 boxes. The increase in cheese production for the season to tiie end of Alay amounts to 28,325 crates, compared with the similar period of last season. From July 1 to Alay 31 cheese arrived at the grading stores totalled 158,877 crates, against 130,552 for the similar period of last season. During last month 7436 crates were received at the grading stores, against 8499 in Alay, 1925, a decrease of 1063 crates.
