All you have to do is to<—• (1) Fill in on the dotted lines of the form, your forecast of the number of points scored by each team. (2) Write your name and address in the space provided. (3) Cut out the form— attach a “CAPSTAN” 10’s Packet—and post it to “CAPSTAN” Cigarettes, Box 1032, Wellington, so that it will be received not later than the first mail on the Saturday on which the matches are to be played. “CAPSTAN” Navy Cat Cigarettes. You can send in any number of attempts, but they must be on one of these forms with a “CAPSTAN” 10’s Packet attached. A 20’s Packet will do for two forms, or a 50’s Tin for five. Only one attempt must be made on each form. The proprietors’ decision will be final. No correspondence will be entered into. In the event of more than one person being entitled to the prize, the money will be divided equally. Any breach of the above conditions disqualifies the entry. Winners will be notified by letter.
