MANURE DISTRIBUTOR.

It is claimed that the Ilouohen Rotary Manure Distributor is a machine that will revolutionise top-dressing, and the assertion is well substantiated as the result of practical test. It is not only a distributor, but a manure or manuro and seed mixer. The condition of the manuro is immaterial to successful and even distribution with this machine. It can be adjusted almost instantly to sow any given quantity per acre by the movement of a lever operating an ingenious device. Foreign matter in manures cannot in any way cause leakage or other damage. The entire absence of cogs, stars and gearing means the saving of constant expenditure for spare parts. The Ilouchcn Rotary Manure Distributor has been designed and made in Hamilton. It consists of a strong cylinder made of selected timber and cast-iron fittings all bolted together. It contains IGO perforations, which are opened and closed according ’to the quantity of material to be distributed, from lewt. to 30cwt. or more per acre. As the contents are kept in constant agitation owing to the whole cylinder revolving, there is no danger of clogging.

The inventor has spared no expense to provide the farming community with a machine that, with ordinary care and attention, will last a lifetime.
