W. DAGNALL & CO.

WINTER SHOW DISPLAY. "BEST AND MOST INTERESTING." GREAT MACHINERY EXHIBIT. It is not superfluous language to give expression to the belief that the best and most interesting exhibit at the Waikato Winter Show tin's year Is that staged in the main annexe "of the huge building in Ward Street by Messrs W. Dagnall and C 0.., who have their permanent business premises in Victoria Street, Hamilton, telephone No. 1518. W. Dagnall and Co. arc agents for the latest and most efficient in all branches of machinery and mechanical appliances for the farm, the home, the factory, or the workshop. The famous "Lister" separators, one of the salient lines in which the firm deals, are undeniably the best on the market. They are a full 100 per cent. British, and their universal use in all countries bespeaks the Al hailmark of efficient service. Every farmer should realise the advantage of possessing a separator that i 3 a perfect skimmer. Otherwise the annual loss, through defects In this important respect, runs into a considerable sum. The new model "Lister" separator, which W. Dagnall and Co. display on their stand at, the Show, is an absolute guarantee that the fullest benefits are obtained from separation. H is all important for the dairy farmer lo take cognisance of this fact. Next to good separation, nothing Is more important than the oiling system. The New Lister oiling system is entirely automatic, very simple, and extremely efficient. No lubricators or oils are used. The gears and bearings are bathed continuously in fresh oil. In the side of the frame there is an oil gauge, by means of which the amount of oil in the bath can be determined. A system such as this means many years' longer life to the machine, which is always kept clean. Other points about the New Lister worthy of special notice are the self-balancina bowl, with unnumbered interchangeabk discs: the metal-to-mctal joint in th*. bowl that avoids cutting the rubbering; the simple, strong, trouble-pr&of neck bearing; the dirt-proof design; and the solid, British built construction. In short, the New Lister is the last word in separators for clean skimming, light running, easy cleaning, and low up-lceep. Another fact worth noting with this Arm is the "New Lister" service at their Hamilton business. There are very few highly skilled men providing separate service in New Zealand today, but "Lister" users have at their disposal men who have spent the best period of their lives repairing and handling cream separators. No other organisation in the Waikato, King Country, and Bay of Plenty can claim to have such skilled service men as W. Dagnall and Co have, nor can they in any way approach such complete and efficient service as this leader of all leading firms in the line. This service is absolutely Free. The "Lister" benzine engines, which are world famous, and sheep shearing machinery, for which W. Dagnall and Co. are also agents, have stood the test of lime , and their efficient service stands out as the undeniable monument to their quality and suitability. The Booth, MacDonald and Co., Ltd., farm implements and machinery for which the firm are also agents, represent the last word in this phase of mechanical needs, and the fact that they are in universal use indicates that the farmer gels the best value for his moncv from their application. The firm are also agents for the electrical goods and accessories of A. S. Patcrson and Co., Ltd., Auckland. With electricity in common use to-day it is incumbent upon would be purchasers of electrical equipment to see that they purchase the best the market can offer, and in dealing through W. Dagnall and Co. they wilt have that demand satisfied to the very limit A special feature of the firm's electrical display at the Show is the Savage Electric Washer and Dryer, which demonstrates its efficiency in a practical way and has attracted very marked attention during the opening davs of the exhibition. The supplies of A. E. Dcuham and Co., dairy specialists, Wellington, and Wilkins, Ltd., dairy specialists, Invcrcargill, also figure prominently on the stand of W. Dagnall and Co. at the Show this year, and every farmer and factory manager associated with the primary industry of the Dominion should make a point of giving this part of the display special attention As we have previously remarked, the display made by W. Dagnall and Co. at the Show this year, is the best am. most interesting of a wide range. This VO un? company has already firmly established itself in publls confidence through efficient service raid straight dealing methods. This commercial trait will be jealously fostered by >\. Dagnall and Co. The firm's staff .or all departments of their trading has been 'specially selected, of trained salesmen, who know the requirements of the trade for which they cater, and are desirous of rendering prompt and intelligent service to the numerous clientele W. Dagnall and Co. can lay claim to.
