It is reported that Professor Roerich, leader of the expedition whicb has been for three years exploring unknown Asia, discovered at Hemis monastery, Thibet, ancient Buddhist manuscripts mentioning the journey through the country of a traveller named Issa, the best of the sons of men. Issa is believed to be identical with Christ, who was stated to have, left his parents in Palestine and travelled in a caravan to India, preaching to low castes. His return to Palestine and His trial by Pilate are also mentioned. The discoveries also include Slavonio editions of Josephus.
