The following provisional list of Rugby football matches against the Maori team has been arranged for next season:—October IC, Somerset, at Weslon-Super-Marc; October 21, Newport; October 27, Swansea; Yorkshire, at Bradford, October 30; Harlequins, at Twickenham, November 3; Devonporl, at Plymouth, November G; Cardiff, November It; Gloucester, November 13; Llanelly, November 20; London County, at Blackhcath, November 27; Leicester, two mid-week dates not yet definitely arranged, but probably November 17 and November 21. AUCKLAND-TARANAKI MATCH. NEW PLYMOUTH, Monday. The Management Committee of the Taranaki Rugby Union on Saturday evening confirmed September 11 as the date of the match between Taranaki and Auckland at Auckland. Regret was expressed that it was impossible to accede lo the request of the South Auckland Union for a match. 66 TEAMS CCMPETIKQ. At Uie annual West Coast seven asido tournament at Palmerston North on King's Birthday, GG learns will compete.
