—• MURRAV BEATS JAMITO. By Vclcgrar'fl -Prr.as Association.} INVEHCARGILL, Monday. There was a large attendance at Hie professional boxing contest between Hie lightweights, Les Murray and Silvino Jamilo. The opening stages were characterised by forcing tactics on the part of Jamito. Murray boxed very coolly. As tho fight progressed Murray asserted his superiority and punished Jamito with snappy lefts and a good use of Hie right cross. It was a clever exposition, and resulted in Murray getting the verdict on points.
