Mr liolmyard said that Mr Grovcr in a lelier referred lo Mr Oxley as a gentleman "supposed to know every winner." Mr .Hislice Sankey observed thai that must be very useful information. Mr Justice Sankey found for Mr liolmyard. saying that there was evidence that Mr Lirover borrowed one j £IOO, and he had endorsed cheques j for a considerable further amount. j
