PRODUCTION EN AUCKLAND. The production of butler in July, when the season opened, was much lower than usual, owing to the unseasonable weather, and in each succeeding month Ihc figures have failed to reach Ihc totals for the corresponding months of last, season, with the exception of Dei ember last, when Ihc output was almost '.OOO boxes greater than in December, 1921. The production for the season to date totals 1.V.)0,17i boxes, as against |.580,/i;J2 boxes for the same period of list season, n decrease of 98,718 boxes. As there arc still two months of Hie season remaining this leeway may yet be substantially reduced. The increase in the choose production for the season amounts lo 29.388 crates, as compared with last season.
