Lady Houston, the widow' of the millionaire shipowner, has been declared menially and physically incapable of taking care of herself or her fortune, and the Court is appointing a curator. If is understood that her husband left her two-thirds of his estate, with the immediate payment of £IOO,OOO. and a palatial yacht.
