Received April 24, 12.25 p.m. LONDON, April 23. Major-Genera! Sir Newton Moore, chairman of the Select Committee of Hie House of Commons, reported that the committee had amended the War Carves Endowment Bill, omitting the provision limiting the investment of funds lo British Government securities.
