INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE. REGULATION OF HOURS. (Australian and N Z. Cable Assn.i (Received March 10, 1.25 p.m.) LONDON, March 15. Mr Stanley Baldwin, at the Ministry of Labour, opened the International Conference convened by the British Government to consider Hie possibility of an internalional agreement regulating the hours of labour. Britain, France, Belgium, Germany and Italy are represented.
